  • The primary objective of the position is to build, load, unload product. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate forklift/walkie rider while observing safety protocol.
    • Replenish Pick Area & Case Flow Rack.
    • Product rotation.
    • Load & unload product from trailers.
    • Load & unload product from conveyor.
    • Clean & maintain equipment.
    • Clean & maintain work area.
    • Complete daily reports.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Must pass physical, drug test & background screen
    • Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
    • Ability to organize work, time, and self.

    PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

    • Must frequently sit, stand, walk, bend over, kneel, push, pull, lift and carry (up to 163 pounds) during daily activities.
    • Must frequently use both hands and both feet.
    • Must firmly grasp objects/product during the day. Must have dexterity in order to document daily/weekly activities.
    • Able to read and understand relevant work documents, such as invoices, load sheets, safety rules, procedure manuals, etc.
  • The primary objective of the position is to deliver all beverage products to specific retail accounts per the delivery instructions.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on assigned truck and power equipment.
    • Safe operation of a commercial vehicle, hand truck, pallet jack or other power equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with all Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulatory requirements and guidelines.
    • Maintain cleanliness of assigned truck and power equipment.
    • Unload, stock, and rotate product in accordance with company standards.
    • Collect payments from accounts per assigned credit terms.
    • Complete assigned delivery route within designated time-frame.
    • Complete computerized route settlement.
    • Record route activity, produce accurate and complete delivery records (MobilCast/RoadNet/VIP).
    • Work flexible hours including but not limited to early mornings, evenings, and.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Must possess a valid CA commercial driver license (Class-A) with a clean driving record.
    • Must possess a current medical card.
    • Must pass physical, drug test & background screen
    • Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.
    • High School Diploma or GED

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to organize work, time, and self.
    • Ability to work independently on a daily basis with minimal supervision.

  • The primary objective of the position is to provide sales support in assigned daily accounts to achieve Monthly Business Objectives.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate sales effort with Sales Representative and Area Sales Manager.
    • Routes stops by time and communicates with driver for display stops.
    • Organize and arrange inventory in the on the shelf and storage area(s).
    • Builds displays according to standards.
    • Rotates products according to standards.
    • Responsible for completing all stops assigned for a given day.
    • Position Point of Sale as instructed.
    • Responsible for all facets of detail at retail or every assigned stop, including: facing cans, shelf-strips, static stickers, and neck-hangers. Check working order and cleanliness of Point of Sale.
    • Communicates out of stock situations with the Sales Department.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must pass physical, drug test & background screen
    • Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.
    • Must possess a valid CA driver license with a clean driving record.
    • Must possess a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office.

    PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

  • The primary objective of the position is to drive distribution and volume in assigned on-premise accounts to achieve Monthly Business Objectives.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for sales & distribution in assigned account base.
    • Work with suppliers to gain new distribution, to expand current distribution and grow volume.
    • Identify non-buy accounts and develop a plan to establish new business in these accounts.
    • Target new business by qualifying focus areas within the territory, setting up presentations, and utilize hunting techniques.
    • Possess a thorough understanding of the brewing process, beer styles, and supplier portfolios.
    • Know, understand and be able to present all brands available in Classic portfolio to retailers.
    • Successfully secure placements of new point of sale materials.
    • Knowledge of key personnel in beer industry ? both retailers and brewers.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor?s degree preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in on-premise sales, food & beverage experience preferred.
    • Must pass physical, drug test & background screen
    • Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.

    • Must have one?s own insurance.

    • Determine product needs through personal discussion with retailer, physical inventory, and sales trends.
    • Gain new distribution and expand current distribution in assigned account base.
    • Improve brand position, shelf space, and display activity in assigned account base.
    • Inform retailer of company code-date policy, pricing changes, new packages, sales trends and other items that will assist the retailer in business planning.
    • Complete route on a daily basis and transmits orders within prescribed time.
    • Identify non-buy accounts and develop a plan to establish new business in these accounts.
    • Comply with company standards and policies, ABC rules and regulations.
    • Know, understand and be able to present all Supplier retail programs available in Classic portfolio.
    • Successfully secure placements of new point of sale materials.
    • Knowledge of key personnel in beer industry ? both retailers and suppliers.
    • Additional sales duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor?s degree preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, DSD beverage experience preferred.
